Complaints Procedure

At Acorn Childcare Nursery we endeavour to provide the highest standard of childcare, as part of our Partnership with Parents policy we recognise that it is important that parents and carers are able to discuss any concerns openly and honestly. If a parent/carer is unhappy for any reason they should in the first instance inform the owners, manager or deputy.

The manager or deputy will gain as much information as possible on the nature of the concern and will attempt to rectify the problem as quickly and as efficiently as possible. All complaints will be investigated fully and recorded in the complaints file.
